Are you interested to know how to apostille a school transcripts?
We can apostille transcripts issued from Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Trade Schools. The school must be based in the United States. Before we can process your transcripts, you will need to follow the three steps outlined below. If you are unsure of any of the steps, go ahead and call 1-800-903-2470 or email us at: support@nationalapostille.com
Step #1: The first step is to contact the School’s Registrar and inform the Registrar that you will need a copy of your transcripts to be signed and notarized. The Registrar will print a new set of transcripts on special tamper resistant paper and meet with a notary public. If the school does not have a notary on staff, a traveling notary can visit the school and meet with the Registrar. You can search online and arrange for a traveling notary service to visit the school when it’s convenient for the Registrar. Most notaries are unfamiliar with authenticating a transcript for another country so it’s best to leave the apostille process to us. The notary must follow the proper notarial laws of their State in order for the State office to authenticate the documents.
Step #2: Once you receive your transcripts, go ahead and open the sealed envelope to verify that it has in fact been signed and notarized. Don’t worry about breaking the “Seal” because we will open the envelope once we receive it anyways. It’s important that you verify the information listed on your transcripts and catch any mistakes before you mail it in to us. The original signature and the printed name of the Registrar must be on the documents including the notary’s name, signature, date of notarization, notarial wording, and stamp.
Step #3: The final step is to mail in your documents to our office for processing.
