Social Security Apostille

The most common reason why another country would ask you to apostille this document is to allow you extended or permanent stay in their country. Degree Apostille

Do you need to apostille your Degree?

Have you graduated from a College and/or University in the US and want to further your education or work in a foreign country. Have you been told to apostille your degree?

The most common countries we certify and legalize degrees are for:

Step #1: The first step is to contact the School’s Registrar and inform the Registrar that you will need the original or a color copy of your diploma to be signed and notarized. The Registrar with either ask you to mail in the original or email a color copy. Some schools request that you purchase a new diploma. If the school does not have a notary on staff, a traveling notary can visit the school and meet with the Registrar. You can search online and arrange for a traveling notary service to visit the school when it’s convenient for the Registrar. Most notaries are unfamiliar with authenticating a diploma for another country so it’s best to leave the apostille process to us. The notary must follow the proper notarial laws of their State in order for the State office to authenticate the documents.

Step #2: Once you receive your notarized diploma, go ahead and verify that the diploma has been signed and notarized. Some schools will sign and notarize the back of the diploma while others have enough space to use the front. The original signature and the printed name of the Registrar must be on the documents including the notary’s name, signature, date of notarization, notarial wording, and stamp.

Egypt Embassy or Consulate Legalization

Do you need Egypt Embassy or Consulate Legalization services?

The Government of Egypt has one Embassy in Washington, D.C. and four Consulate offices in the United States. The Consulate offices are located in California (Los Angeles), Texas (Houston), New York (NYC), and Illinois (Chicago).

The current fee to process a personal documents is $25 and a business documents is $55. Please note that this fee may change at any time so please contact us for the most up-to-date legalization fees for Egypt.

Certificate to Foreign Government CFG Apostille

Do you need an apostille for a Certificate to Foreign Government (CFG) issued by the FDA?

The “Certificate to Foreign Government” is for the export of human drugs and biologic, animal drugs, and devices that can be legally marketed in the United States.

If you are planning to export products to another country, the government receiving the products will request a Certificate to Foreign Government which assures that the product are in compliance with U.S. laws or meets specific U.S. regulations. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the government agency which issues this type of certification.

In many cases, foreign governments are seeking official assurance that products exported to their countries can be marketed in the United States or meet specific U.S. regulations, for example current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations. Review of an FDA Export Certificate may be a required part of the process to register or import a product into another country.

Our office in Washington, D.C. specializes in authenticating FDA documents through the U.S. Department of State. Our current processing time is four business days. We also provide UPS/FedEx overnight return shipping within the USA at no additional cost. There are currently over 115 countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. FAA Apostille

Do you need an apostille on documents issued from the FAA?

At National Apostille, Inc., we take the guesswork out of getting an apostille on your FAA documents. Our trained and knowledgeable staff are available Monday – Saturday from 8am to 7pm to answer your questions and provide you easy to follow step by step instructions.

In order to process documents issued from the US Department of Transportation – Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), you will need to contact the FAA and request a certified copy of your documents. A certified copy will have the printed name and signature of an official at the FAA who is authorized to sign your document. Documents issued from the FAA do not require notarization.

Below is a letter issued from the FAA with a name and signature of the official who is authorized to sign it:
