Cuba Embassy Legalization Certification

In order to process your documents for Cuba, you will need to provide a certified Spanish translation of each of your documents. The translation will need to be provided by a certified translator. We recommend that you hire a translator who is a member of the American Translator’s Association. The translator will need to attest to the translation, sign it, and have a notary public notarize the signature. Once the document has been certified by the State, the certificate, document, and Spanish translation needs to be bound by the US Department of State before it’s submitted to the Embassy.

Bahrain Embassy Legalization Certification Apostille

Bahrain is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention. Documents destined for Bahrain only require the State apostille. An apostille is issued by the Secretary of State which authenticates the official who has signed your document. An apostille is sufficient in order for this document to receive the apostille.

FAA Apostille

Do you need an apostille on documents issued from the FAA?

In order to process documents issued from the US Department of Transportation – Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), you will need to contact the FAA and request a certified copy of your documents. A certified copy will have the printed name and signature of an official at the FAA who is authorized to sign your document. Documents issued from the FAA do not require notarization.

Secretary of State Apostille

Do you need an apostille from the Secretary of State?

The United States issues 52 separate and distinct apostilles from the Secretary of State offices. All 50 States issue an apostille and in Washington DC, the Secretary of D.C. and the U.S. Department of State also issue an apostille.

In order for your document to receive an apostille, you will need to mail in the original with our order forms to our office. Documents received at our offices are processes as fast as one business day plus UPS or FedEx overnight return shipping at no additional cost.

GED Diploma Transcripts Apostille

Do you need an apostille on your GED Diploma and/or Transcripts?

Sometimes circumstances in life prevent individuals from achieving their educational goals. However, regardless of your life circumstances, it is never too late to learn. Learning to read, preparing for the high school equivalency tests or learning the English language is an investment that opens doorways for personal, professional and economic growth. It opens doorways to a brighter future.

Step #1: The first step is to contact the School’s Registrar and inform the Registrar that you will need the original or a color copy of your GED diploma and/or transcripts to be signed and notarized. The Registrar with either ask you to mail in the original or email a color copy. Some schools may request that you purchase a new diploma. If the school does not have a notary on staff, a traveling notary can visit the school and meet with the Registrar. You can search online and arrange for a traveling notary service to visit the school when it’s convenient for the Registrar. Most notaries are unfamiliar with authenticating a diploma for another country so it’s best to leave the apostille process to us. The notary must follow the proper notarial laws of their State in order for the State office to authenticate the documents.

Step #2: Once you receive your notarized diploma, go ahead and verify that the diploma has been signed and notarized. Some schools will sign and notarize the back of the diploma while others have enough space to use the front. We have even seen some school attach a signed and notarize affidavit attesting to the validity of this document. The original signature and the printed name of the Registrar must be on the documents including the notary’s name, signature, date of notarization, notarial wording, and stamp.
