Do you need to apostille your Florida Marriage Certificate?
In the State of Florida, a marriage certificate is issued by the Clerk of the Circuit and County Courts in the County the marriage was filed in. In order to apostille this document, you will need to obtain a certified copy signed by the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The certified copy will also have a raised seal (Embossed) and a red stamp from the Circuit and County Courts. Note: Some County Clerk offices in Florida will use a blue seal.

If you do not have a certified copy, please contact the Clerk of the Circuit and County Courts for instructions on how to obtain a certified copy. Once you receive the certified copy, go ahead and mail it to our Miami, Florida office for processing with our Florida apostille order forms.
