Do you need an apostille on your Medical Examination?
A report of medical examination includes applicant’s blood type and results of blood tests for HIV, Hepatitis B & C, and Syphilis and indicates that the applicant has no contagious diseases.
There are many reasons why another country would ask for you to undergo a medical examination. The most common reasons are:
- Marriage
- Adoption
- Work Permit
- Citizenship / Permanent Visa
Only a handful of countries will ask for you to obtain a medical examination. In order to apostille this document, you must first contact your medical Doctor and schedule a routine medical examination. Once your medical examination has been completed, the Doctor’s signature will need to be notarized. We recommend that you hire a traveling notary to meet with the Doctor at his/her private office. The Doctor will need to sign this document in front of the notary public. Once notarized, this document can then be mailed in to our office for processing. USA Apostille
